Terms and Agreements for Online Developmental Model Course


Thank you for your interest in joining this online course for therapists and coaches. Please read the following Terms and Agreements carefully before enrolling.

1. Program Overview
This course is designed to support therapists in their clinical growth and development through structured group consultation and teaching. The program runs for 9 months. Sessions will take place twice monthly, and participants are expected to attend and engage actively.

2. Payment Terms
Payment begins immediately upon registration and will recur on a monthly basis for the duration of your selected term (9-month, 12-month, or paid in full).

By enrolling, you agree to the full payment commitment for your selected term.

Failure to complete monthly payments may result in removal from the course and forfeiture of access to resources.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available up to 30 days prior to the course start date.

After that point, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance or participation.

4. Continuing Education (CE) Credit
CE credits may be available depending on the licensing requirements of your state or professional board.

It is your responsibility to verify with your specific board whether the CEs offered will be accepted.

Completion certificates will only be provided to those who attend the required number of sessions and complete any necessary evaluations.

5. Course Agreements and Safety
This course is intended to be a safer space for professional exploration, vulnerability, and growth.

Community agreements will be co-created and discussed during the first session to foster a supportive and respectful environment for all participants.

All members are expected to adhere to these agreements throughout the duration of the group.

6. Confidentiality
Participants must agree to uphold confidentiality regarding personal and clinical material shared within the group.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure privacy, please note that confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in online settings.

7. Technology and Access
Sessions will be held via a secure video platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a reliable internet connection and private space to participate.

We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end that may impact attendance or CE eligibility.

Video recordings will be available for the sessions and it is strictly prohibited to share the recordings with people who are not enrolled in the group. 

You will have access to the material for 12 months after the start date of the group. 

By registering for the online course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Agreements.
